At Euro Vapes, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery across the UK.

🚚 UK Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day
  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be processed the same day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Age Verification

All products sold by Euro Vapes are strictly for 18+ customers only.
We may require age verification before dispatching your order.


Returns Policy

Can I Return My Order?

Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine products, we can only accept returns under certain conditions.

✔ We Accept Returns If:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The product is faulty
  • You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


❌ We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The seal has been broken
  • The item was purchased in error (unless unopened)

This is for hygiene and safety reasons.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Send clear photos of the issue

Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for funds to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
